The service includes expert clean of uppers (any materials), outsole, laces and we also take great care to clean inside and insoles also. When UGGS are complete we will sanitise with our Micro-Fresh technology Sneaker Sanitiser before wrapping them up and returning to you. This service is for cleaning only, please select or add another service if your UGGS need re-colouring or repair work. If you are unsure please contact us.
INSTRUCTIONS: select your UGG size and add to cart to complete your order, please make sure you include your full name & address including post code with your mobile phone number and email.
We will email you a Royal Mail QR code and printable label within 24 hours of payment. Package your UGGS safely preferably in a box and send to us using your prepaid label.
When the job is complete we will return your UGGS by Royal Mail tracked 48 and they will send you full tracking details. Alternatively you can select store pick up and collect your UGGS from the Knightsbridge store.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
add selected service to cart and complete your order, please make sure you include your full Name & address including post code with your mobile phone number and email (for courier).
Package your sneakers safely and send to us at our Flagship Laundry address below and include your order number and any additional notes you require about your sneakers.
When the job is complete we will return your sneakers by DPD or DHL couriers and they will send you full tracking details, please don't add any notes to leave package in back garden or behind bin as we won't send them, this is for your safe return of your sneakers.
