After you check out we will send you a QR code to post your shoes to us. Package your loafers safely and send to us at our Flagship Laundry address below and include your order number and any additional notes you require about your loafers.
This service takes 7-10 days from arrival at the laundry. When the job is complete we will return your loafers by DPD or DHL couriers and they will send you full tracking details, please don't add any notes to leave package in back garden or behind bin as we won't send them, this is for your safe return of your sneakers.
The price paid includes return shipping by courier within the UK only.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Please add your selected service to the cart and complete your order, please make sure you include your full Name & address including post code with your mobile phone number and email address.
After you checkout we will send you an email with a prepaid shipping label in the form of a QR code which can be scanned at your nearest Royal Mail collection point. Please make sure to use this method of shipping as it is free of charge and includes your personal order number which will be scanned into our system on arrival. If you have any issues using the QR code please contact us.
When the job is complete we will return your Shoes by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and they will send full tracking details to you via email. Please make sure you are available to receive your delivery in person or redirect it to a Royal Mail pick up point as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels that you have advised the courier to leave in a 'safe place' (eg. behind the bin or outside a backdoor) this is for the safe return of your Shoes.
The price paid includes free return shipping by courier within the UK only and is insured for a maximum of £150, if you require more insurance please choose that shipping option at checkout.
