SOLE REPAIRS WITH RETURN SHIPPING - FROM £45
This is our sole repair or replacement for sneakers with broken or worn down soles, our in house trained sneaker care technician's will carry out the work needed to restore your sneakers.

PLEASE NOTE: This service is for repair only, please select or add another service if your sneakers need cleaning.
If we receive your sneakers and we think they need more services added due to your instructions we will contact you with all information.
SOLE TRANSPLANT IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMER:
Sole transplants are carried out at the customers own risk, we make every effort to provide a high quality service but we are not a sneaker manufacturer and the finished result may not always be as 'perfect' as the original nor will we offer compensation for the value of the sneakers should the transplant be unsuccessful due to reasons outside of our control.
The uppers of the donor sneakers will not be returned as they need to be cut away from the donor sole to insure the sole stays in perfect condition.
Sneakers sent to us to be used as sole donors MUST be:
1) A genuine product manufactured by the brand, not counterfeit replicas purchased from an unverified source.
2) The exact same model as the sneakers we are to transplant them on to.
3) The exact same shoe size as the sneakers we are to transplant them on to.
Donors will not be checked for size, model or authenticity at removal stage and we will not accept responsibility or offer any compensation for the cost of the donor pair if the sole does not fit.
If donor sneakers do not fit due to any of the reasons listed above and we cannot fulfil the service you will have the opportunity to send us another pair of donors. If you decide to cancel the service at this stage The Sneaker Hut is not obligated to refund any amounts paid by the customer for the service, but may choose to offer a partial refund at its sole discretion.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Please add your selected service to the cart and complete your order, please make sure you include your full Name & address including post code with your mobile phone number and email address.
After you checkout we will send you an email with a prepaid shipping label in the form of a QR code which can be scanned at your nearest Royal Mail collection point. Please make sure to use this method of shipping as it is free of charge and includes your personal order number which will be scanned into our system on arrival. If you have any issues using the QR code please contact us.
When the job is complete we will return your Sneakers by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and they will send full tracking details to you via email. Please make sure you are available to receive your delivery in person or redirect it to a Royal Mail pick up point as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels that you have advised the courier to leave in a 'safe place' (eg. behind the bin or outside a backdoor) this is for the safe return of your Sneakers.
The price paid includes free return shipping by courier within the UK only and is insured for a maximum of £150, if you require more insurance please choose that shipping option at checkout.
